It is not logically impossible for Wisconsin to vote to the left of Michigan or Pennsylvania. In fact, it's more likely for that to happen than for Trump to win Wisconsin while losing Michigan/Pennsylvania by 5%.

If I could have my way, I cannot it is impossible, Pakistan and India would have to trade their last holdouts of minority populations. Philippe Petain contributed far more to the Nazi war effort over the course of World War 2 than any other individual in the world, and its an absolute disgrace that his death sentence was not followed through upon during circumstances when other people whose crimes were far less significant and severe were being executed.

Not a single person who was tried over the course of the Nuremberg trials following World War 2 was even nearly as morally depraved as Philippe Petain was.

The only personality in the entirety of World War 2 who could give him a contest on the topic of the most morally depraved person throughout the conflict was Adolf Hitler himself.

It does not matter one bit what the composition of the Supreme Court is at any moment for this to be true. It would be true if the Court was 9-0 left wing. It would be true if the Court was 5-4 left wing. It is true with the Court being 5-4 right wing. It would be true if the Court was 9-0 right wing.

Anyways:

If you think that court packing is an inherently problematic practice and/or that court packing should be banned through an amendment to the constitution, or anything similar,
Then that indicates that you have absolutely no respect for constitutional separation of powers, nor any respect for the preservation of democracy itself.

But I mostly agree with you, which is why Ben Nelson is a moderate, he made one bad vote on the ACA and everyone’s opinion of him soured and he immediately become this “Obama-Reid-Pelosi rubber stamp”, if he had voted “NO” on the ACA, he probably would still be a Senator and he would be viewed as a true centrist rather than a somewhat moderate
