BIDEN WINS!
Wolf Blitzer: It is 12:45 a.m. in the east and CNN can announce history: Joe Biden has been elected President of the United States of America. He will defeat President Donald Trump, in a historic defeat to the Trump campaign and the Republican party. Based on our projections, President-elect Biden will reach 270 electoral votes because CNN can project that he has won the states of Iowa and Wisconsin which has put him over 270 electoral votes.

Jake Tapper: This is going to be a historic presidency, 4 years of the Trump presidency will be washed away. America will have its first female Vice President in Amy Klobuchar. I think it's safe to say, however, that the 2024 Republican primary campaign has just begun. All eyes will be on Vice President Pence in this next election, but let's see what will happen in the next 4 years...

FIRST, here's the map of how Biden was elected:

Here's a summary of what has happened during the Biden administration.

-Senate elections: Democrats take control as Mark Kelly beats Martha McSally (AZ), Josh Stein beats Thom Tillis (NC), Stacey Abrams defeats David Perdue (GA), Steve Bullock defeats Steve Daines (MT),  Ed Perlmutter defeats Cory Gardner (CO), and lastly Bradley Byrne defeats Doug Jones (AL).
-Here are just a few people that Biden appoints to his cabinet. If I didn't list a position just private message me and I'll tell you. Doug Jones is appointed to be Attorney General, James Stavridis is appointed to be the Secretary of Defense, and Chris Coons is appointed to be Secretary of State.
-A public option for healthcare passes the Senate (50-50) because of Joe Manchin joining the Republicans for this vote
-Universal background checks pass the Senate (52-48)
-Mitch McConnell resigns after losing his Senate majority in 2020
-Biden restores DACA
-Unemployment goes to 3% in 2022
-Bumps to 5.5% in 2023
-Foxconn deal falls through
-Democrats lose ground in Wisconsin
-Tony Evers loses re-election to Sean Duffy (if you have questions about governor's races from 2020-2023, pm me)
-A recession starts because of natural causes, and a recession trickling over because of the no-deal Brexit
-British recession starts in 2022
-2022 Midterms:
Senate: 52 R 48 D
NH, AZ, NV all are picked up by Republicans (Chris Sununu beats Maggie Hassan, Martha McSally narrowly defeats Mark Kelly, Brian Sandoval beats Catherine Cortez Masto)
House: 238 R 197 D
-Steve Scalise elected as Speaker, John Thune elected Majority Leader
-As the stock market goes down, and refusal for parties to work together to resolve the recession, Biden announces he will not run for re-election in 2024.

ENDORSEMENTS

Here's how we're gonna be doing the endorsement/credit system. You will earn credits based on how often you do campaign events, your polling as a result of that, and the effectiveness of your campaign. You'll receive 0.5 credit for every 1% you get in polling.

Credit Breakdown
Former Presidents and Cabinet officials - 3 credits (Biden isn't endorsing till after the primaries)
Senators, Governors, Organizations - 2 credits
Congresspeople and State Representatives - 1 credit
Mayors or Celebrities - 0.5 credits

I'm not gonna list every single winner of each Governor and Senate race in 2022. If you read the summary of the Biden admin. then you see what pickups happened in 2022 to make the Senate and House flip red. If you have specific questions about if a person won, or who the governor or senator is in each state then I can answer that. Shouldn't matter much when relating to the actual game play
