Arlen has the best weather, but South Park the best scenery.  Arlen is my pick.

The KotH universe is one where a normal human could live, the other two seem way too dangerous what with the giant chickens fighting retarded fat guys and MechaStriesands fighting giant Robert Smiths.

I don't know what Arlen is based off of but I bet its some town on the 35-45-10 triangle. I didn't really like it. Felt like a big sun-dried field.

South Park is really a town in the Central Rockies called Fairplay. It has about 500 or maybe 1000 people and is at 10000 feet. About 80 miles/two hours southwest of Denver. You can't really make a living out there. It would probably be the nicest place to live.

Quahog, RI is a eastern suburb of Providence on I-95 called Crawford, RI. It didn't look like a bad place to live, just the kind of the "harder" part of Rhode Island. I could live there and there are probably some jobs.

The show actually alludes to Arlen's specific location in Texas several times, but it moves around each time.  I remember episodes where its been in Travis County, near San Angelo, and near Temple.  The Hills' street address is 84 Rainey Street, which is a famous street in Austin.

In Arlen you can find work selling propane and propane accessories.

In South Park you can work in anything from education (provided you're PC enough) to law to cleaning out dirty hippies infesting old ladies' houses.  Or you can be poor or homeless and have people skateboard over you.

In Quahog you can manufacture toys and sell beer.

Anything named after Arlen Specter sucks.

And I think I’d rather live in CO than RI.

So there you go.
