Glorious! It's amazing how much the three Obama-Trump-Biden states have redeemed themselves after their 2016 mistake!

Scott Walker Legacy now  will be erased . Stupid stupid Trumpists for not voting for the other Republican who could have had a better chance of winning this race and preserving this great legacy

Am argument can be made that Wisconsin voters decided what they thought of Walker and his legacy in 2018.

I want the Bush coalition back . The coalition where we didn’t need to win WI/MI/PA to get to 270 .

Now she's only ahead by about 1% with 73% in.

It's 1.8%, could be worse.

Do we have any sense of what's out?  This is the decisive seat for Dems to block removals of any officials R's impeach.

No idea, and with that recent swing it could easily go either way.

Right now it's GOP by 110 votes. Washington has the most outstanding precincts to count, but if the Milwaulkee county mail is what's outstanding there like in 2022, then things may happen.

I was always skeptical that this race would be particularly close given the significant turnout advantage Democrats have built up in off-year, non-November contests.

The GOP-e has to come to terms with the fact that its current base isn't going to show up for low turnout specials, primaries, and off-year elections. The voter suppression scams of 2010/2014 won't work -- they need to target higher turnout elections.

This was a very high turnout election.

To me, it seems like SD-08 will be close. Milwaukee (the bluest part) and Washington (the reddest part) both have simillar amounts outstanding based on topline county numbers. Win or lose, it's stilla  respectable showing on Ds part.

It's time to clean up all the messses created by GOP's anti-US policies, since 2001, even since the 80's.
It'll be done state by state.

You'd have to go back to before the W. Bush coalition for that. At that time, they were dominated by the (pseudo) Religious Right.

On the Ozaukee county’s website, two precincts are still out in SD-8…Mequon ward 14-16 (voted Janet+Mitchell 52% on Feb 21) could need Jodi about 100ish votes. The bayside ward only has 89 registered voters, but usually votes like 2:1 D so that could be like 32-16 (in raw votes).
