Deputies: 348 members Elected by closed list proportional representation in constituencies, plus 2, 1 each for Ceuta and Melilla.

Senate: 208 members elected in the provinces. the Peninsular provinces have 4 each, and in insular provinces (Canaries, Baleares) the islands are the districts, with variable #s of senators depending on population. Ceuta and Melilla elect 2 senators each. Autonomous communities can appoint 1 senator each, and are entitled to 1 more per 1,000,000 people.

Similarly to Lumine's The Transition, I have a National and a Regionalist line. Since I don't know exactly how hard these parties are for independence, or if they're for autonomy, I simply have a regional parties list, or you can choose to stick with the regular parties. Some regional parties are in an alliance with the main parties (see: Asturias Forum), and these will not be included in the Regionalist line as such.

National: (only those polling well enough to get a seat in polls)

People's Party [PP]: Conservatism, Christian Democracy, Pro-Europeanism. Center-right to Right-wing.
Spanish Socialist Worker's Party [PSOE]: Social Democracy, Pro-Europeanism. Center-left.
United We Can [Podemos]: Anti-Austerity, Democratic Socialism, Left-wing Populism. Left-wing.
Citizens [Cs]: Liberalism, Spanish Nationalism, Pro-Europeanism, Populism. Center to Center-right.
Vox [VOX]: Right-wing populism, Anti-Islam, Zionism, Ultranationalism, Conservatism, Centralism. Right-wing to Far-right.
Animalist Party [PACMA]: Animal Welfare, Social justice. Center-left.

Regionalist Line: Several different parties, including but not limited to:
EH Bildu, ERC-Sobiranistes, JxCat, PNV, CC, NCa, and Compromís.

1) The Congress of Deputies has 350 members.

There are 50 multi-member provincial districts that elect 348 members. Additionally the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla elect 1 member each

2) I think it's useless to have a "regionalist line" if you don't treat regionalist parties individually. It's not so difficult to find some basic and elementary information of these parties in the Wikipedia

Right now I'm leaning PSOE, but I have not decided my vote yet

Compromis is a regionalist party that I could support, in case I was living in Valencia

tbh I'd be tempted to vote PACMA in protest.

PP at national level, the unionist party that has the best chance of winning at regional level in regions where separatism's an issue, PP in other regions

PSOE / Main line

For the record, I'm currently undecided between PSOE and NCa (one of the few regional parties I support). My vote will depend on whether I think NCa will be a wasted vote or whether they have a good chance at getting a seat.

I would only consider voting nationalist/regionalist in Cantabria (PRC), Las Palmas (NCa), Valencia and Alicante (both Compromís)

2) I think it's useless to have a "regionalist line" if you don't treat regionalist parties individually. It's not so difficult to find some basic and elementary information of these parties in the Wikipedia

One of the most common problems when asking Spain questions (especially TL related ones) is the fact that almost everyone will stick with the national parties unless it's done like this (and even this is a bandaid at best). There isn't much of a reason to vote regionalist unless you live in that region

PP at national level, the unionist party that has the best chance of winning at regional level in regions where separatism's an issue, PP in other regions

For the record, that would be Cs in Catalonia (though PP in Barcelona province would not be a wasted vote at all, but it would indeed be wasteful in the other 3 provinces).

In the Basque Country that would be PP; with everyone else being a wasted vote. In fact even PP's seats are far from guaranteed, a national right wing collapse in the Basque country is a very real possibility

In Navarra, there's a joint list between UPN (regionalist right, but unionist), PP and Cs called Navarra Suma so that would be the useful vote.

Also, here's a list of the regional parties that actually have chances at getting a seat and are contesting the election independently from main parties:

Catalonia

Republican Left of Catalonia-Soberanistes [ERC]: Catalan Independence, Republicanism, Social Democracy, Democratic Socialism. Centre-left to Left wing
Together for Catalonia [JxCat]: Liberalism, Catalan Nationalism, Catalan independence. Big Tent-Centre Right
Republican Front: Catalan Nationalism, Republicanism, Socialism. Left wing to far-left

Basque Country

Basque Nationalist Party [PNV]: Basque Nationalism, European Federalism, Civic Nationalism, Regionalism, Christian Democracy, Conservatism, Conservative Liberalism. Centre-right
EH Bildu: Basque Nationalism, Separatism, Socialism, Progressivism, Left-wing nationalism. Left-wing

Galicia

Galician Nationalist Bloc [BNG]: Galician Nationalism, Socialism, Left wing Nationalism, Galician independence, Feminism, Pacifism, Euroskepticism, Social Democracy. Left wing

Navarra

EH Bildu: Basque Nationalism, Separatism, Socialism, Progressivism, Left-wing nationalism. Left-wing
Geroa Bai [GBai]: Basque Nationalism, Separatism

Also technically the coalition between UPN, PP and Cs, where UPN is the larger of the 3 (PP and Cs won't get any seats from this, only UPN):

Navarra Suma [NA+]: Regionalism, Conservatism, Liberalism. Centre-right to Right wing

Valencian Community

Commitment Coalition [Compromís]: Valencianism, eco-socialism, green politics. Centre-left to left wing

Canary Islands

Canarian Coalition-Canarian Nationalist Party [CC-PNC]: Regionalism, Centrism, Canarian Nationalism, Conservatism. Centre to centre-right.
New Canaries [NCa]: Canarian Nationalism, Social Democracy. Centre-left
