https://newsinteractives.cbc.ca/elections/poll-tracker/canada/

Intersting the Cons continue to hold a narrow lead in the PV (about 2%) while the Libs hold a slight edge in the seat count. If this happens, it would be the first time since 1979 (I believe) that the party that won the PV did not become the leading party in parliament.

Collapse in Ontario has absolutely been killing the Cons though. I can't see them gaining too many additional seats in the west at this point, so a breakthrough is going to have to occur at some point if a win is feasible. There are only two candidates over the last 40 years that have won when losing the PV vote in Ontario (Harper 06 and Mulroney in 88), and only one candidate has lost the seat count in that province and still won the election (Harper again in 2006). Odds are stacked against Scheer at this point in time.

Come on, it takes real talent to go from 156 seats to 2 in 3 months

That campaign was such a sh**tshow. Who would've thought ads attacking a candidate's facial deformity would backfire Roll Eyes

No more or less lazy than a Trump supporter whining about what Kim Campbell said.

Recently, PM Justin Trudeau appeared on an episode of Hasan Minhaj's show Patriot Act, and it seems to me that Minhaj managed to expose Trudeau as a pseudo-progressive (if that wasn't already obvious from his track record in office).

I think it is a tossup----the Conservatives have been leading in opinion polls for a year now, I see a slight CON maj.

If the LIB majority continues, Trudeau will probably be there for another 20 years---unless his own party forces him out.

It probably will be a hung parliament with Libs, Green and NDP forming a unstable coalition and there probably will be another election in 2021 ish.

2 seats. She tweeted than she hoped Dorian would destroy Mar-a-Lago.

Only for those with the real Trump Derangement Syndrome: the false belief that a total ignoramus and psychopath who is increasingly paranoid actually cares about them or the United States.

Kim Campbell has a number of faults, but she is knowledgeable of the issues and is not a psychopath.

Kim Campbell just took control of the sinking ship, she wasn't the one to hit the iceberg.
