Spring Break trip to Florida. I may have limited occasional availability through my phone, but don't count on anything.

-----------------------------------------

Regarding the Floor Schedule: If no objection is issued, the Chamber will vote on S.19.1-19 (as amended) and S.19.1-21 (as amended) beginning tomorrow. This will, along with the completion of the vote on S.19.1-20, free up all slots and clear the floor.

If new bills are introduced while I am gone, I trust Speaker TimTurner will assume full responsibility for bringing them to the floor. Please direct all inquiries regarding next week's floor schedule to him.

Members are advised that it is possible the Governor will introduce the first of our two annual budgets in the coming days. If so, it will be considered pursuant to Title II of the Rules. Members are reminded that the motion for a final vote and the motion to invoke cloture are out of order during consideration of the budget - the final vote will happen only at the conclusion of the process. However, other UC measures, such as changing the allotted time for general debate or changing the particulars of the amendment consideration process, may be attempted. Members are advised to become familiar with Title II so that they offer their amendment(s) at the appropriate point in the process. Further Inquiries regarding the budget or its consideration should be directed to Tim or Governor YT.
