He just called Obama a murderer. She needs to face a strong primary challenge.

Remember when Democrats had the majority of members of Congress in Arkansas, Louisiana and the Dakotas, along with the governorships of Wyoming, Tennessee and Oklahoma? It was not that long ago.

Phil Bredesen. Brad Henry. Dave Freudenthal. Tom Daschle. Mark Pryor. John Breaux. Heidi Heitkamp. Joe Donnelly. Dan Boren. These people got good things done in deep red states, and they didn't act insane. The crazies really need to go ASAP. They piss me off so much and hurt the Democrats' national image.

Omar only took a plurality in the primary. She could easily lose in a 1 vs 1.

She got appointed by Walz to a pretty sweet gig. I doubt she's interested in running again.

If you take 48% in a 6 way primary, you only need 5% of the remaining vote to get to 50%.

Face it guys, it aint happening.

She’s going to get 80% of the vote and, like in 2018, her best precincts will be the traditionally Jewish ones.

Democratic primary voters had nothing to do with the racist hicks in those states voting moderate/conservative Democrats out of office.

My point is that people like Omar, AOC and Tlaib are contributing to the Democratic party having a bad image in red states, which in turn contributes to polarization and a toxic national political environment.

No she wouldn't. Her district is full of a bunch of white jferns cheering her on.

Haha no. She very well may hang on but that's yet another horrendous definition of where I live. jfern would actually be expelled from the local DFL organization if he lived here and held a local party position, he's violated the DFL charter multiple times.

It aint happening guys. No one has been following these issues, and it seems that she did rather well in the open primary. I doubt she loses at all.

The DFL charter does not allow party officials to support candidates of other parties, affiliate with another party in any way or campaign against any DFL nomimee. Such as Hillary Clinton.

If you want to oust one of the rad progs from the Class of 2018, you'd have a much easier time with Tlaib.

Tlaib is someone I want to primary, but she isn't really a high priority, IMO.

One of the things that most Democrats agree is that Obama was a great president.

It's only been a few months are she's already off to a bad start.
