What is a more likely counterpart in Canada and the U.S. in 2021?

Prime Minister Andrew Scheer of Canada/United States President Donald Trump or:

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada/United States President Beto O'Rourke

I know a lot of liberals and leftists would love a Trudeau-Beto relationship. Two, young dynamic men ushering a new era of millennial liberalism.

Neither President Trump nor PM Trudeau looks likely right now, by PM Scheer is way more likely than President O'Rourke, so the former combo is far more likely.

Okay, maybe Mike Johnson is a competent parliamentarian.

It's a cheap answer, but Trump/Scheer has to be the more likely choice as Trump is basically guaranteed to be president for at least 20 days in 2021.

Considering this, Trump-Scheer actually becomes very likely lol.

But if we start in February 2021, then this:

Neither President Trump nor PM Trudeau looks likely right now, by PM Scheer is way more likely than President O'Rourke, so the former combo is far more likely.

Well Trudeau is overwhelmingly favoured to win re-election, and o rourke has a slim chance of victory at best. Trudeau-Trump
