Maybe a bit too extreme...? Generally I would favor measures for a healthier populace, and besides that McDonalds is not the only fast food chain in the world.

While I do think this will work wonders, I'm also willing to consider modifying it into a more general fast food regulation bill if anyone wants to offer that sort of thing.
