So for 1, this guy from around my area got 45 years for statutory rape against a girl who lied about her age. This is to punish that kind of lying.

2 is for the weird case where you literally have someone with a government ID stating they are an adult but are actually minors with fake IDs.

3 prohibits the government from subsidizing prison rape.

4 is something we have here in virginia that makes it a crime for an adult to tongue kiss a kid under 13.

5 clarifies that rapists dont get parental rights

6 allows some consensual touching in strip clubs

7 bans beastiality

8 eliminates jail time for public sex

9 cuts off will challenges for babies conceived after a death to conception within 1 year of death.

10 condemns the stupid censoring of the totally fine title of the abortion bill.
