Could this be a clerical error? Hartford is the most Democratic city in Connecticut so a Constitution candidate winning 4.50 percent of the vote there should raise some eyebrows, but this is what is reported on the Secretary of State's website and in the 2000 Statement of the Vote.

Again, 2.14 percent is kind of a high for a far right-wing candidate to get in a heavily Democratic city in a reliably blue/Atlas red state.
