If the case against Fairfax becomes damning in an investigation, he should be gone like Kavanaugh should have been. Before then, it is justified to keep the governors office out of hands as wanted by all sensible Virginians and other folks.

For what was done (and my vote), neither should.

For how they handled the situations (with Fratsy Brett perjuring himself and Mr. Fairfax's taking a page out of Agnew's playbook when he was cornered with the tax evasion), they totally should.

I haven’t read the details from Fairfax’s accusers, so I’m not pining for his resignation. Not yet. There was never any evidence that Kavanaugh raped anyone at all, and I’m not inclined to give Fairfax the benefit of the doubt after what the Democrats did to the Justice and his family anyway.
