I have since learned that this image comes from a what is basically a fake news outlet set up by Roy Moore. It's still possible that they just got lucky and were the first to find it, but I think it's a very real possibility that this is fake. I'm sure we'll find out soon.

So EVMS which is based in a predominately black city of Norfolk just casually has one of their students have a photo of a guy dressed in KKK and blackface in their yearbooks. And someone no one has found this in the ten years Northam has been a public figure.

In any case, there must be plenty of copies of the actual yearbook out there, so it shouldn't take long for a legitimate source to confirm or refute this.
