Out of the three, Hillary had the best platform at the time of her run on paper, but as for who I'd want to be President today based on the last few decades playing out:
1) Gore
2) Kerry
3) Hillary

Gore is decent. Kerry and Clinton should have never been elected Senator, let alone nominated for President.

Voted for Gore, if only because his environmental policy would have been demonstrably better than anything Bush, Obama, or Trump implemented. With Lieberman as Vice President and the continuation of the Clinton administration policies, his foreign agenda would have been utterly criminal, but probably marginally better than the one Bush gave us

Gore because, as other have said, for his environmental work and out of the three, I think he would've made the best President.

Albert Arnold Gore, pretty easily.

It's the 21st century, by the way. (Though 2000 is technically the 20th century, which ended on December 31, 2000.)
