Incumbent Republican Senator Ron Johnson pledged to retire in 2022. In the primaries on the Republican side, there was a choice between former Governor Scott Walker and former perennial candidate for U.S House Paul Nehlen. Senator Johnson back Walker and Walker ended up winning the nomination with over 95% of the vote. On the Democratic side, there was a choice between former Senator Russ Feingold and Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes. Former Senator Feingold narrowly defeated Lieutenant Governor Barnes and earned the endorsement of President Beto O'Rourke and Vice President Amy Klobuchar.
This is under a Beto O'Rourke presidency.
Who wins and by how much?
