I googled California's national guard budget quickly last night and got something like $262 million so I based it off of that IIRC.

1. The long title of this act shall be "The Fremont Language Rights Act of 2019".

Section 2. Definition
1. We, the Parliament of Fremont, recognize that many languages are spoken among the residents of the Fremont Region
2. We recognize that residents who speak less common languages deserve equal access and protection under the law
3. In accordance with the above recognitions, we submit that all government and election materials be made available in the following languages:
