Heavily Democratic. The Republicans around here tend to be from the small town/rural areas in Washington County and are clearly more blue collar. The white collar folks tend to vote liberal based on the usual sort of issues like environmentalism, immigration, abortion, gay marriage, etc. They will, however, vote down tax increases if it comes to that.

Very Republican.  It seems that Williamson's overall baseline is about 2/3 Republican.  The county is about 10% non-white, so if we assume Democrats get 80% of non-white votes, that would put white voters about 72% Republican.  Given that income is still positively correlated with voting Republican, I would think that rich whites are a little more Republican than that, but not by a lot since most are at least somewhat rich around here.

Area 1: Democratic, because pretty much everyone is.

Area 2: Republican.

In my town (Union Beach) both wealthy and poor residents voted overwhelmingly Republican by about the same margins in all elections since 1980 (with the exceptions of 1992, 1996, 2000, and 2012). On the other hand, in other areas of Monmouth County, wealthier voters tend to vote slightly more Democratic than poorer voters.

For Iowa City (current residence), this is my answer, though still very Democratic.  Nearly every group in Iowa City is Democratic, but rich white people are probably the least.  Maybe 60% Clinton, 55% Obama '12?

For Peoria, very Republican.  Probably 70% Trump, 80% Romney.

Being just a few miles from downtown, the nearest wealthy neighborhoods vote about 60% Democrat. Wealthy neighborhoods closer to downtown, about 70% Democrat.  The wealthy suburbs out in the surrounding cities are about 60% Republican.

Overall Republican, though rich Jewish people outside of Lawrence (Orthodox) and northern Great Neck/ Kings Point (Persian/ Iranian) are Democratic.   Although he still won it solidly, Trump did considerably worse in rich non-Jewish white areas (Garden City) than Republicans pretty much ever do.

Democratic but not as Democratic as not-rich white people.  Age, education, and gender obviously are mediating factors.
