IDK but I'd assume lean Dem? Chester county had a huge swing towards Hillary and that must have come from "college educated" whites.

Rich people here aren't pointy-headed academic-type rich. Instead, they're spoiled rotten rich, and they flaunt it. Therefore, they are Republican.

I live in MO-01 and most rich white people here vote Democratic. Republicans are quite scarce in this district.

In Multnomah County, almost certainly Democratic. Portland is also so white as a whole I doubt race would make a great impact one way or the other

Here in Morris County, probably about 60-40 Republican. Even though Sherrill carried the county last year, I’d say it’s likely Webber still narrowly won whites (who, in this county, are mostly at least upper middle class) and had her margin provided by the county’s growing Hispanic and Indian populations.

Very strongly Democratic in brownstone Brooklyn, although if you took all rich white people Brooklyn-wide you'd also be including a fair number of strongly Republican demographics in Dyker Heights, Gravesend etc. who offset wealthy whites in brownstone Brooklyn to some degree.

I dont think anyone in my county is rich I think they're all either college students looking for cheap rent, meth addicts, or old as dirt.

In Bergen County they favor Republicans. That's changing somewhat though. Clinton, Murphy, and Menendez have improved in some parts of the county's wealthier parts. Not all, but definitely enough for it to be concerning for the GOP. Gottheimer won here by 12 points and most of the 5th district's population is in affluent northern Bergen county. Furthermore, Democrats swept every county office in 2018. In particular, one town that sticks out among Bergen's 70 frigging municipalities is Oradell which has now voted consistently Democratic since 2016.

Pretty Republican, although there are signs that they are trending Democratic.
