First, I'm going to question how many swing voters get their news from Fox.

Second, there is a context that is governmental.  Corzine had a relationship with a union officer who then persuaded her union to contribute to his campaign.  Also, as was noted, she said this in the newspaper, so it's nothing Forester drew out.  In that respect, it's legitimate politics.

I'm sorry, but quoting in ads what some somebody says in the newspaper isn't something that is wrong.   It's out there, in the public record, and they are just repeating it.
