Put this in your signature and stand with MASPAC as we oppose 2 of the Northeast bills:

GOOD JOB, MAS. CONGRADULATIONS, YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOURSELF.

Well, I think you're smoking the wrong end.

I've made no secret of my dislike for the bill Casey. I told Earl months ago.

When did he claim he was Governor?  He's just speaking his mind.  Is he not allowed to do that?  Gonna propose some free speech restrictions, Earl?

Anyway, the Northeast obviously needs to vote down your ridiculous bills... MAS is of course 100% correct on this issue.

Although this is not my fight and not my Region, I will say that I also think all three of these bills are pretty bad.

Two, I would oppose on personal grounds, but the Marriage Act is clearly unconstitutional and I oppose it on those grounds.

Earl is making this a personal attack, when in fact it is not. I stand in opposition to these bills. This is nothing new. I am shocked that Earl would go this low. I'm not going to rubberstamp every bill by this adminstration.

Good for you, MAS.  It is about time we saw someone standing up for their beliefs.  I don't know what you not being Governor anymore has to do with anything, but it certainly is a low and personal taunt/attack on Earl's part, similar to that of which you'd find on a kindergarden playground.

I'm not saying I'd vote for all/either of them if I were a northeasterner, but I don't understand what all the heat is about.

I thought Earl's ad was funny.  Try laughing from time to time.  It helps.

As a former Governor yourself, I'm surprised you support irrelevant taunts and personal attacks about peoples' former political status.  What did Earl's ad have to do with the issues at hand?  It seems to me like it was a clear dodge of what the issues are really about.

All sillyness a side, I feel this is a good opportunity for me to speak up.

Firstly, I wish to talk about the constitutional amendment. I ran my campaign with this promise, and I will be damned if I break it. The Northeast has the highest defecit in Atlasia, and I want to put an end to it. MAS complains about increasing the size of government. So what? If it gets the job done, what's the problem?

Secondly, the capital punishment act. I view this as a referendum on the issue. Whether you like the bill or not, if you are against it, you are in favour of capital punishment. We can always amend the bill later. If it fails, I will not bring up the issue ever again. I will once again allow the states to have capital punishment, and that's the way it's going to be. I can't sway the opinions of the voters on this decisive issue.

if you are against [the capital punishment act], you are in favour of capital punishment.

You'd have to be smoking some pretty nasty stuff to sincerely believe that.  I don't oppose your act because I favor the death penalty.  I'm a well-known anti-death penalty crusader in Atlasia; as the Southeastern citizens will attest surely.

You care more about euthanasia than capital punishment though, obviously.  You know something though, I really have no time or patience any more for you guys from outside the region. I care about my region, not what a bunch of southerners think. I applaud MAS at least for voicing his opinions, but you guys are just not worth it anymore. I apologize to MAS if he took anything personal from this, I meant nothing of the sort. I'm just trying to stand up for what I believe in.

You have failed to defend your claim that anyone who opposes your act supports the death penalty, and have instead changed the subject.

I care about capital punishment more than euthanasia, actually.  I would rank them in this order of importance:
1. Abortion
2. The Death Penalty
3. Euthanasia

The euthanasia crap aside, clause 1 of your act is so poorly and ambiguously worded I don't know how anyone could seriously support it.

I'm sorry that because I'm a Southerner, I'm not worth your time.  Perhaps you are a regional bigot; I have no way of knowing.

Hahaha!!! Cheesy Regional bigot? Surely you must be joking.

And as Earl has said before, the bill can easily be amended.

Actually, no.  Take a look at the statements of your Governor:

You know something though, I really have no time or patience any more for you guys from outside the region. I care about my region, not what a bunch of southerners think. I applaud MAS at least for voicing his opinions, but you guys are just not worth it anymore.

This comment would not be nearly so outrageous if he had not taken the time to mention Southerners specifically.  My question to Earl is, if I were residing in the Pacific, would you take my criticism more seriously?  I think we all know what the answer is.

The answer is no. The fact is, only southerners have posted something here other than MAS. But if you seriously believe he's a "regional bigot", be my guest.

I said that because  both you and Spade are from the south. No one else form any other region has said anything yet. If anyone else comes along to support you, it will be Jake, and surprise surprise, he's also from the south! I have nothing against the south, just the one's who are sticking their noses in my region.
