Manchin is an actual moderate, Tester is largely a standard Democrat who talks like a moderate. Manchin. Tester.

Manchin, at least he doesn’t support abortion contrary to Tester who talks like a moderate but acts as a progressive democrat from CA.

There’s zero difference between Manchin and Tester as far as voting record (Manchin would never cast a deciding vote in favor of the GOP, he’s arguably more of a fake moderate than Tester) and personality (not good) are concerned, so NOTA. I’d sooner vote for Maxine Waters, honestly.

There is a sizable difference between how Tester and Manchin votes:

Gina Haspel tho. I mean true he wasn't the deciding votes but dems could have stopped that.

Uh that wasn't the deciding vote.
He literally announced his vote 5 minutes after Collins made the final decision.

Without his vote, the nomination would have sunk. He had the power to sink that nomination and he didn't.
