Not a lot of new stuff but it goes to show how fringy and anti-Democrat all these Sanders die-hards are.

http://nymag.com/intelligencer/2018/12/bernie-sanders-beto-orourke-feud-2020-campaign-democratic.html

Contrast Favreau’s big tentism with this rebuke of O’Rourke by Jilani: “He has become a uniting figure for Democrats, beloved by all and loathed by none. What kind of Democratic politician can be so adored? Maybe one who rarely, if ever, challenged the powerful.” Liberals like Favreau are aiming to unite the party. To a leftist like Jilani, O’Rourke’s ability to appeal across the breadth of the party is a reason to reject him. Turning the primary into a faction fight is not a pitfall to be avoided but the very goal.

Baffled liberals, many still nursing wounds from 2016, see the passionate intensity of the Bernie movement as a personality cult, propelled by unthinking devotion to him (or spite at the party that they believe rigged the primary against him). It is anything but. The socialist left belongs to Sanders simply because there is no other presidential candidate who meets their exacting ideological criteria. They see O’Rourke as a threat to their project because, in important ways, he is.

President Beto O'Rourke will exile Bernie Sanders if he isn't careful. Maybe he can go back to the USSR or Cuba since he loves them so much.

Wow their hated might surpass Harris. I,d fear Beto if I were a Republican. He is the kind of candidate that Democrats win with.

Bernie Sanders is trash. No accomplishments after decades in Congress, failed to build alliances and coalitions, and criticizes everybody’s record when all he does is grandstand, protest, and leave the hard decisions to everybody else. Then when you question his ideas he gets defensive and crotchety. Why would anyone want this idiot to be President?

Nothing I said was a lie. Sanders touts his ideologically pure record but it’s been at the cost of doing nothing significant in his centuries in Washington and having no coalitions in place to get legislation passed as President. Meanwhile he will criticize real leaders who have brokered deals and passed meaningful policy as being establishment. He can miss me with his bullsh**t.

I get it his style of politics isn't your bread and butter but it's best that we point everything in prospective. I'm not sure what leaders you were referring to but meaningful policy isn't a good thing if it's bad policy. For instance, the Biden crime bill in 1994 (which tbf Sanders voted for the final version) was meaningful but it wasn't good.

Here are Sirota's articles during the 2016 election (after the primary). Got these off another forum.

8/10/2016 - Clinton’s Transition Chief Spins The Revolving Door

8/22/2016 - Did Clinton Foundation Sway Arms Policy?

8/24/2016 - Was There ‘Pay To Play’ At The Clinton Foundation?

9/14/2016 - Feds Stall Another Clinton-Related Request Until After The Election

9/19/2016 - Secretive Clinton Allies Want Trump To Be More Transparent

9/21/2016 - Warren Slams Clinton’s Revolving-Door Donors

9/27/2016 - Citigroup Predicts Clinton Election Will Preserve Status Quo

10/07/2016 - Clinton Told Wall Street The Financial Industry Should Regulate Itself

10/09/2016 - ‘I’ve Promoted Fracking’

10/11/2016 - Clinton Avoided Single-Payer Ballot Measure, Emails Show

10/19/2016 - Will Clinton Let Wall Street Control Retirement Savings?

10/31/2016 - Clinton Exploited Loophole In Anti-Corruption Law

11/02/2016 - Clinton Advisers Planned Secret Meeting With Private Equity Moguls

And if you look at his limited number of Trump focused articles (the ratio of Clinton:Trump articles is hilariously skewed), you notice an odd pattern, many all have positive framing:

11/10/2016 - Sanders And Warren To Trump: We’re With You

11/02/2016 - How Donald Trump Bamboozled His Taj Mahal Investors

10/04/2016 - How Pence’s Gambling Bet Paid Off

08/10/2016 - Are The Jobless Numbers Cooked? Donald Trump joins critics from both parties who say the official unemployment rate is deliberately misleading.

The guy will stop at nothing to destroy the Democratic Party, while hardly attacking Trump (sometimes supporting him). He'd rather have a 7-2 conservative court than any Democrat not named Bernie win the presidency. Find a less obvious cultist to use, Shadow.

And yet every serious potential candidate for 2020, sans Biden, has attached themselves to his coattails...consigning Medicare for All, tuition free tertiary education, a $15 per hour minimum wage increase, etc. Some, like Booker, even going far enough to support a federal jobs guarantee.

I know you copied this from whatever anti-Sanders forum you could get but Sirota has made dozens & dozens of articles a month against Trump but mostly focused on Trump, including Climate Change & Tax Cuts & a range of issues. Now he is not idiotic enough to relentless attack Trump's character like Clinton did on his failed campaign.

Secondly the attack on Sirota is deplorable & disgusting. This is classic 101 Technique to slander the messenger (by questioning his strong support of Bernie) to negate his views. None of what Sirota said was wrong. This is just dumb & frankly a ridiculous argument. Author X is pro-Bernie, but 100% factually right about Wall Street Beto, but since he is pro-Bernie, his opinions mean shi*.

Sirota is right in many ways. The war for the soul of the Democratic party is as important as beating Trump. Given the Democratic is such an ideologically diverse party, real change can only happen in the Primary.

Again about a Conservative Court. That was 100% on Clinton Primary voters. They had one of the  best candidates since FDR & they chose to go for a scam tainted, inauthentic, fraudulent, uncharismatic, center-right candidate in Clinton who was unelectable.

Clinton primary supporters lost the SC for multiple decades/maybe for generations. I don't think any Clinton primary supporter should question about SC ! This is the exact tactic which helped Trump win !

None of that means Bernie Sanders will be an effective president nor effective at getting any of this passed. He can’t bully and scream people into submission. I support all these things and still will not vote for him.

It's not like recent Sanders sponsored bills forced Amazon and Disney to pay their workers a living wage, or bring us one step closer to ending US funding of Saudi Arabia's genocide in Yemen. Nope, Bernie is a do-nothing independent who doesn't even caucus with Senate Democrats.

He isn't, but he represents a base of Sanders supporters - Bernie or Busters. I like Bernie and appreciate him moving the party to the left, but his most ardent supporters would rather Trump win reelection to prove a point.

Beto O Rourke is human garbage. Cannot believe I fell for that charlatan. Progressive media has turned heavily against him, even TYT which has interviewed him several times called him a fraud yesterday. And of course this thread has it backwards, it's third way/establishment trash like Neera Tanden who are warring against progressives/Bernie Sanders.

Jesus christ. I have NEVER seen the BernieBros turn a hero into a punching bag so fast. Beto still has a good shot though, if we can win AA voters.

The "big movement" will only become an issue if O'Rourke doesn't change his mind on the most aggressive trade deals and Wall Street culture until the primaries, but in that case, he would deserve the criticism.

By the way, I found nothing on Sanders having a house in Cuba, it really did seem like a conspiracy theory dreamed up by a CTR troll, specially with the soviet and sandinista soldiers, but I had to confirm.

Beto O'Rourke has done more to advance the country than Bernie has done in his entire time in congress. If you want to look for a charlatan look no further than the Bern. Sanders has done more to divide the party into chaos than any other politician since the Civil Wars days, and the irony is he's not even a registered Democrat!  If Bernie wants to continue this strategy of his he'll be in a rude awakening comes the primary season.

The more you people keep arguing about Beto and Bernie the more likely it is we'll get a Harris/Biden nomination and not even come close to beating Trump.

Keep it up.
