Supersonic missiles are very fast, if launched from submarines near American shores they will reach their targets in seconds to destroy all American nuclear arsenal. Some dodgy figures on the new right don't outright endorse Putin, but it's clear that they appreciate him. Baudet, Wilders, Duk, etc. Wilders initially shied away from embracing Putin because of the MH17 disaster, but apparently he decided it was time to follow his overlords on the American right (all to trigger the (((globalists))) obviously).

"dodgy" is the key word. You can remember Le Pen in France, and some representatives of AfG in Germany. They are all marginal politicians. Anti-Putin and anti-Russian sentiment has been much stronger across the world. The point is the majority of Russians think so disapproving  of belligerent Putin's policy. And Putin is sensitive to Russian public opinion. The problem is that many Russians hate the US.

Let us assume these Russian hypersonic missiles do work according to their specs. It is obvious that they won't remain proprietary to Russia, as every country with military engineering capability will develop arsenals of them in a few years, or otherwise abandon the project as not viable.
