I would agree to this, and more for the Dreamers.  I would grant them citizenship if they have grown up in America and know nothing of foreign lands.  Indeed, I'd extend that to some of the Dreamers who may have even had some trouble with the law (to a point).

I would also be open to a broader amnesty for other people illegally here WITH the wall than without it.
