[In best Obama voice] Uh... now let me be very clear... We will still have a wall. And somebody's going to pay for that wall. But at this point, we need to consider other options than simply shutting down the government.

From AP: Shutdown threat recedes as Trump softens stance on wall

He could have rammed it through the lame duck session had the GOP been behind him, which tells you where Republicans are really at.

Still, he did the right thing in not shutting down the Government.  Trump is still better than the Freedom Caucus any day of the week.

So much for the master negotiator, LOL. Or did he get Mexico to pay for the wall finally?

So are you saying the Republican Party simply doesn't care about Americans and they support open borders, since they could have passed this and decided not to?

That's what he claimed in a recent tweet. Mexico pays indirectly through the new trade deal. Not that it makes much sense, but whatever the God Emperor says.

1. Artistically designed steel slats... so just like the FENCE that already exists, you mean?

2. If you didn’t want a concrete wall, what are all those prototypes standing in San Diego that were built to your specifications?

This f’ckin guy, I swear

Waiting for Stephen Miller to tell him that this is actually not his position and not helpful with the hardcore supporters. The guy changes his mind from one day to another.
