Remember when she was considered such a strong candidate in 2017?

I remember when she was a “rising star” and “moderate.”

What domestic vacation costs $4,000 for one person is my question. I’m (hopefully) going to Japan in March and it’s not even going to be anywhere near that much. Granted, I don’t have to pay for my plane ticket but even then, I don’t think it would anywhere close to that number.

Appointing McSally backfired on the Rs, now they are saying that McSally was appointed so that Ducey gets elected, yeah right. This flies in the face of evidence that McSally was leading in October 2019 and Trump cannot win reelection without AZ. Not only that, there is no guarentee Ducey wins in 2022

Potentially stupid question, since this is a special election: If/when Mark Kelly wins the election, will he be seated as senator immediately, or does he got sworn in the with the rest of the senators elected on January 3, 2021? Being sworn in earlier would give him seniority over fresh(wo)men senators elected in 2020. It appears to be that some House members get sworn in immediately or within days after a special election that takes place simultaneously with a general election and not on January 3.

This isn’t for a new term. He’d likely get sworn in sometime in late November or early December

The pundit class assumes any veteran is automatically a better candidate than a non-veteran candidate.

AZ-Sen: Martha McSally’s newest ad stars one of her constituents praising her on healthcare issues—a constituent who just happens to be McSally’s former campaign manager.

How is McSally SO bad at this

McSally is officially a parody at this point

I think we are going to be ok here

I'm pretty sure that guy's just a Senate election contrarian. He thinks Doug Jones, Susan Collins, and Jaime Harrison will all win.

He also thinks that Garcia was a heavy favorite and actually led Ducey in polls

The fact that y'all are allowing yourselves to get annoyed by OC is disconcerting.

I want to see one of these made for all those who called McSally the "top recruit of the cycle" in 2018 and those who believed she was favored. The Pink Tutu ad still cracks me up like she really has nothing to run on, that's why her campaign is going negative again against Kelly.

So McSally has been awful since 2007. Good to know.

Surprised Kelly hasn't released fundraising totals yet

Isn't it kind of odd that neither Kelly or McSally have released fundraising totals?
