Being down by high single digits in your own internals is an absolutely terrible performance. McSally could seriously lose by double digits, if this continue. I think at this point, an Elizabeth Dole style defeat is what she will ultimately experience, but her running this far behind Trump is not a good sign for her chances.

We all must remember that Labor day is when polls really matter and Trump and the Rs arent totally out of it being down 5 to 8 points in a VBM election, not in person voting, we must expect anything. Having said that, the Rs are running on no plan on an economy rebounding from a Recession, Rs are disadvantaged in running without any concrete proposals except for Obamacare repeal and tax cuts for the wealthy. This will be debated between Trump and Biden in the Fall.

But, the Rs arent totally out of it, they can still win
