I can't find any delegate info on DC for 2004 I know in 2016 it was 20 delegates and then 29 superdelegates.

I'll just change the dates I put on some speeches and restructure my endorsers' schedules. The GOTV need not change.

No delegates given to the primary but I believe 19 were given to the caucus later in the year

I think i'm going to end this game. I intend on starting a new game soon though, I just need a good point/poll system to detertime winners. Thanks to you all for playing this and be on the lookout for a new game soon!
