Harrison raised $13.9M in the 2Q.

You know what, might as well go all out in this race. Who knows.

Graham is inevitable. Please let's all come back down to Earth.

He's not though. Sure, he has a high chance of winning, but I don't think people are really grasping that this year could be very surprising in different races, and if Biden has a 10 point advantage, all bets are off, even for people like Lindsey Graham.

If anything, if this is another "Dem wave year", it will be good to see how far a good candidate (Harrison) can actually get in SC.

Me thinks they would not be doing this is if their internals were that different than the Q-pac

Harrison is in the best position in god knows how long to win this seat. I really think he may be able to pull it off.

Given Graham begging for $$$ on Fox News three times this week, I would assume that Q-pac and MC polls are correct.

Graham is a pretty weak candidate it seems. Still, another Kavanaugh hearing style tantrum could seal the deal for him.

I think this cycle is proving what many people didn't want to believe: that people like Graham, and to a lesser extent Ernst, since she's newer, and really just not great candidates when it comes down to an actual competitive race. They've just been able to skate by because of polarization and the R next to their name.

Dems are now dumping money here. Schumer must think he can win.

If he doesn’t appear on the ballot, best news for Senate Republicans since the Montana Libertarians chose not to select a candidate for Senate and Marshall beat Kobach in KS.

I think it's too late to change the ballot though, so this may not be *that* good of news for Graham if Constitution remains on ballot

Yeah that clip was great. Harrison made himself look like the adult in the room while Graham is a child

Who does high turnout benefit, considering there's no doubt this will break records

One would think Harrison, since I feel like Dems have a lot of lower propensity voters in these southern states.

Graham seems to think he's a lot smarter and slicker than he is, and then always ends up looking like a jack-a$$

Lindsey is an idiot. How does he think this plays well for him?

Graham doesn't really have any room for error at this point, so if he energizes the black/nonwhite vote even more, he can definitely lose this.

Even if Harrison doesn't win, we ought to commend him for making inroads--even if Graham is just a particularly detestable person. This feels similar to Beto's run against Ted Cruz but even Cruz didn't flounder at every turn the way Lindsey has...

Yeah, the difference seems that Cruz was still a potent opponent. Graham has truly been flailing for weeks now.

That's a brilliant strategy by the Harrison campaign.  Lindsey Graham has flip flopped so many times on so many issues, Harrison could just use different quotes and videos of Graham in different targeted advertising.

1) Use right wing quotes from Lindsey to drive up liberal base voters and black voters in certain areas

2) Use video footage of Graham attacking Trump in conservative areas of the state

3) Use videos that highlight Graham's flip flopping and total lack of self-dignity in educated parts of the state and suburbs like Charleston.

I can think of a lot of words to describe Jaime Harrison; « consistent » is not one of them. When it comes to police defunding, he once said earlier this year that he's opposed to any effort to defund the police, but he accepted funds from groups that promote defunding the police. On transparency, he said, back in 2017, quote « Why the hell did it have to prompt @PressSec to get that damn tax return out of his file cabinet?! » And now he refuses to match the 11 years of state and federal tax returns that Graham released. He's just one to talk on flip-flop.

Didn't Harrison release all of his tax returns? Embarrassing Graham?

I fail to see how this is helpful, even in SC

I'm really over GOP politicians backtracking and saying something "was a joke" or "was sarcasm" when it clearly wasn't

LMAO the fact that we are less than a week out and he is STILL begging for cash makes me think Harrison still has a very good chance
