I don't pay much attention to SC demographics and politics but I really like Jaime. What percentage of the white vote would make this competitive? (Long shot I know)

Will Jamie Harrison win Darlington and Florence counties?

This is a stretch but it’s better than KY. I’m sure Harrison is spending tons on converting white suburbanites and finding disaffected Black votes throughout the countryside and in Columbia/Charleston.

Does anyone know how James Smith did in each Congressional District?

Someone I know says internal polling they’ve done in SC-02 has Jaime way ahead and I want to compare from 2018.

People who have the election sewn up don’t pull ridiculous stunts that get them embarrassed like this:

And they don’t agree to this many debates against a charismatic challenger:

He could just be cruising to November with the baked in R vote. I feel that he’s losing some voters to Both Jaime and third party and he’s freaking out.

Interestingly, we were just hired (relatively quickly, and extremely rare this close to the election) by an IE working on this race and the Boroughs race. South Carolina is a state I cover but haven't polled in since 2010. Will be interesting to get to work and see what the numbers look like.
Awesome! If he's ahead in SC-02, I know Harrison is absolutely killing it in SC-01. I'm excited for this race and just threw Jaime another couple of bucks.

Why is this negative for Harrison? They’re confirming the pick period. This election isn’t going to decide who votes for RBG’s replacement. Atlas is off base... per usual.

It’s not like Bledsoe had a massive field operation or had a chance to win. A vote receptacle with no chance to win remains a vote receptacle with no chance to win.

Remember that South Carolina has some of the most stringent voter access laws in the country.  Absentee ballots must be signed by a witness, and there's no early voting.  Voter registration closed a month before election day.

Isn't SC's absentee in-person voting essentially early voting?
Yes.
