Madison County, IL:

Democrats: Unionized workers (esp. Olin and US Steel), SIUE employees, working class folks, below the Bluffs (Granite City, Madison, Roxana, Wood River) and Alton and Edwardsville residents, and Black and Hispanic folks. The first example voted for Trump in 2016, but mostly vote Democratic downballot.

Republicans: Maryville and Troy residents in cities that continue to grow, eastern and northern residents, evangelical Protestants, traditional Catholics, anti-abortion/pro-gun rights/anti-unions single-issue voters, anti-Madigan/anti-Chicago sentiment-oriented, and ex-Democrats (at least for federal and increasingly statewide/state legislative races).

Elkhart County, IN

Democrat: Poor, poorly-educated, 20-something Latino guy from the east side of Goshen who works at McDonald's and whose parents barely understand English.

Republican: Middle-aged, college-educated white guy from the east side of Elkhart (or surrounding Osolo Township who works for Thor Industries (RV company).

Ooh how fun.

Democrat: A young multiethnic woman, often involved in the community. Can be a bit clueless of the world around them. Take current #metoo movement very seriously. Very loving of Starbucks. Mixed in income levels. Often tryhards at school, civic events, or competitions. Often creates committee meetings against any wrong fart their way. Very politically active.

Republican: Young, suburban, and entitled white males. Very obnoxious, trollish, lulzy folks. Concerned about a witch hunt against white males. Oftentimes the only source of income for radical internet feminists. Has tried saying that Trump doesn’t represent them, and that Democrats take minorities down or whatever. Other than that, essentially a less racist Santander. Or the more older group of Blue Collar Chicagoans with no live other than living for Sports.

NE Alabama

Democrat: Black people, old people in their 70's or 80's who have never in their life voted for a Republican, or the weirdos at school who watch anime and have weird colored hair.

Republicans: Pretty much everyone else.

Pretty simple.

Not even for Nixon?

Many of them not even for Nixon or Reagan. They have literally NEVER voted for a Republican.
Just wondering how conservative are these voters to the average alabama white?

Culturally they’re just like everyone else. Most I know even hold conservative views. They just still vote for the Democrats

The average Cubs fan is a white nationalist, so that is a pretty high bar.

I feel that this group is already, if not going to eclipse the decreasing boomer population in Cook County. The suburbs around me point to that as more evident. Also everyone here loves the cubs, 🎶GO CUBS GO🎶.

Johnson County, IA
Democratic "Profile": Nearly everyone

Democratic "Stereotype": A very angry and politically active professor of [insert useless subject] at the University of Iowa who refuses to shave her legs because it's fascist

Republican "Profile": Upper-middle class transplants, the relatively small evangelical community and Johnson County rurals

Republican "Stereotype": Owner of a construction company who moved out to a huge house on Lake Macbride in Solon to get away from the "fruitcakes" by the Ped Mall

Peoria County, IL
Democratic "Profile": The rather large Black population, Bradley University faculty/students and some Millennial young professionals in the revamped areas of downtown like the Warehouse District

Democratic "Stereotype": Economically struggling Black woman living west of the Warehouse District

Republican "Profile": Pretty much all the other White people, it seems - increasingly so as you move away from downtown

Republican "Stereotype": Mid-level Caterpillar White guy in a management position that lives in Dunlap

Democrat: Immigrant, either Indian or Latino. Supports better school funding and is pretty involved in the community.

Republican: Italian-American and wants to make sure you know it. Works in the automotive repair industry. Informs you of their political opinions on the bus.

Middlesex?

Ha! Yep. I should add that there's usually an age gap between the two as well.

He has a point. This represents Middlesex's political stereotypes very, very well. The Italian-American may also work at NYC in Wall Street or something, a young 20-30-40 something year old.

I'll do a Canadian one:

Halifax County, NS is a unified municipality covering the entire Halifax metro area plus a great deal of rural area. The municipality is over 90% white so all the stereotypes are white people.

Liberal: Middle aged professional, lives in an upper middle class suburb. Has 1-2 kids and puts them in all sorts of activities.

Tory: Man in his 50's or 60's. Lives in the rural outlying areas. Has a trade certification, is in the military, or runs a small business. Attends his Baptist church weekly.

NDP 1: 20 something woman. Lives downtown and has a unionized administrative position in one of Halifax's many universities or hospitals. Post obnoxious stuff on social media like your right wing uncle except its all SJW stuff.

NDP 2: 40 something man. No education past high school. Works in a manual job, possibly unionized if in government. Lives in an older working class suburb.

WAYNE COUNTY, NC

Republican: Soybean farmer or cotton grower, generally owns a few guns and is older and white. Lives in the Goldsboro suburbs like Lane Tree and in the solidly rural towns and areas.

Democrat: African-American or Hispanic usually, lives in Goldsboro itself or one of the smaller majority-minority towns like Mount Olive and along the Neuse River. Generally younger and less educated.

Yeah I only bothered with major parties. If you really want to know:

Green: Crunchy granola like Green voters everywhere

People's:Pissed off about one or both of:
a) Immigration
b) Supply management and price floors in the dairy industry

Seriously, b) was Bernier's big talking point until he switched to immigration six months about six months ago.

Summit OH:

Democrat: Impoverished woman from Akron. If she's not black, then she has relatives in Barberton who voted Trump. Regardless of race, knows someone who's hooked on drugs. Could also be a single mother.

Republican: Affluent middle aged white man from Hudson. Commutes to a corporate office around Cleveland. Might have a neighbor who was Romney/Clinton. Has a wife and children.

Stark County, OH:

Democrat - Economically struggling African-American in Canton or Alliance. In reality this also includes some economically struggling white people in Canton or Alliance (though much less than before in the age of Trump).

Republican - White. Confederate flag in window. Can barely pay mortgage but insists they are just "going through a rough patch". Is ok with black people but can't stand "insert more derogatory term". In reality, most Stark county Rs are middle to upper middle class parents in the suburbs ringing Canton. Also includes the remaining rural population.

Arizonans are very unfriendly people so you can't have a conversation with them, let alone political, but I would assume whites = Republican non-whites = Democrat.

North Canton fits the latter definition of Rs.
