Kirsten Sinema won the senate seat that was once occupied by Jon Kyl who was appointed last summer to fulfill John McCain's senate seat after McCain died.

What if Kyl actually stayed in the senate and ran for a 4th term in 2012, which I think he would have won by bigger margins than Jeff Flake against Richard Carmona, and ran for re-election for a 5th term this year in 2018 against Kyrsten Sinema, who would have won?

If Kyl's the incumbent, considering the closeness of the actual 2018 Senate race he probably ekes out a win.

Kyl would have slaughtered Sinema.
