Agree about Facebook at least. Mostly a transmitter of alt-right conspiracy theories these days.

Western Australian State Election Results:

https://www.abc.net.au/news/elections/wa/2021/results?filter=all&sort=az

Landslide win for the Labor Party.

The Liberal Party have been devastated to near zero seats. They have gone from leading the state comfortably for 8 years up until 4 years ago, and now have managed only 2 seats out of 60 in the 2021 election.

The entire Liberal Party members elected in Western Australia can literally drive to work in a Toyota Corolla.

Labor Premier Mark McGowan for 87.5% of the vote in his electorate:

WA has become a pandemic-induced socialist utopia.

Sort of imagining Crocodile Dundee here - "you call that a landslide? THIS is a landslide" Smiley

I suppose you need to find ways to amuse yourself away from the big cities.

Whatever, "go back to where you came from" is almost always racist or bigoted in intent.

What sticks in so many non-extreme progressives and even moderates craw is her obnoxious "I won't be silenced!", reminding us she's an adult version of the school sneak. When we all know that she'd swiftly end up like Benazir Bhutto if she *was* still in her homeland and *didn't* stay silent.

This is more often a device of the snowflake right whenever they are challenged tbh.

Your closing statement there actually has some validity.

So maybe critics of the "anti-colonialist" position on the UK monarchy should emphasise that, rather than indulge in silly rhetorical games.

Were they also advising Truss and Kwarteng recently?

I thought the general consensus was that Rudd is quite intelligent? His faults surely lie elsewhere.

Laughable, surely that can and should be appealed?
