Options 6-11. For Other Dictator, could be an issue if dictator is still alive or there are immigrants in the area that once lived under his rule. If it's pre-Hitler, it's fine.

Geisha, Hitler/Nazi, Other Dictator and Terrorist.  Possibly Religious Deity, depending on which one (Zeus is okay, Muhammad is a lot more dicey).  The others ones might be low brow, but they're not things we should care about enough to label "problematic."

Almost said Hitler but none. Roseanne was able to pull off Hitler tastefully. "Zombie Hitler" would be slightly more creative. I thought the goal of Halloween was to be scary.

Some of them I wouldn't recommend wearing publicly, but people should be able to wear whatever they want without the cops hassling them/giving them a ticket or other citizens getting violent with them.

Trans person in general is very improper, just like blackface. However, a specific trans individual is cool if done well. Hitler\nazi is in most cases bad. Same for terrorist, usually. The rest are all cool.

I'd be a hypocrite if I chose "other dictators" because I dressed up as Gaddafi for Purim in 7th grade Tongue
