I'd say Florida is the most conservative but Ohio is the most Republican.

Definitely Ohio. We'll see in 2020 if Ohio effectively moves into the "Lean R" column in presidential elections like how Virginia has moved into "Lean D".

One Senate race =/ a state's political lean. Ohio voted MORE Republican than Virginia in 2016. If we're still questioning the sincerity of the 2016 Midwest results while absolutely believing Virginia is gone for Republicans, that's a huge double standard.

The difference is that VA has voted Democratic in three straight presidential elections, while Ohio has vacillated between GOP and Dem.
