Dude I'm a f#cking heavyweight when it comes to substances anyway but if it kills me, I'm alright with that. I tried killing myself last year and God decided to punish me with another f#cking year on this Hellish earth. I'm 25 but I have no ID so my mom had to buy the alcohol for me. Pathetic I know, but I've made peace with death many years ago and I'm ready to make that next leap forward. I'll probably live. But it's all in God's hands and I'm giddy about where this is about to take me.

Nothing matters at this point. It's all about the metaphysical baby, and I want to see what exists past this universe. I am prepared for anything. I also have a sh!tton of Lyrica in my bottle that's begging me to take it.

Dropping by. I am starting my fourth year of living in the Netherlands. This place sure does know how to make everyone work hard. But, apart from that, I am enjoying life here. Mostly still working and staying at home even though lots of places have opened here. I'm about to take on more administrative duties at my university, but I had a productive summer and submitted my fourth book for publication. My passive Dutch (reading and speaking) are pretty good already, but I still haven't gotten enough conversation practice (I teach in an English-language program), but will hopefully improve at some point. Hope you are all keeping safe and well and that my U.S friends are enjoying the slings and arrows of campaign season. Cheers.

I know I have had my (very public) issues with my mom, but I am actually super defensive of her when it comes down to it. It's like she mentions any male who simply exists and if he made her feel uncomfortable at all I'll tell her tell him she has a grown son with an assault rifle who isn't afraid to die, and she was like baaaaaaaaaaagel, and I was like whaaaaaaaaaaaat lol.
