Canada, there's no analogue to Alberta and Interior BC in the UK.

Some parts of NI?

Maybe if they found oil in Ballymena. Alberta is rich and loves the private sector.

The UK is far more polarized, so you can argue it is both more left and more right wing than Canada.

Quebec also muddies the waters quite a bit. Different ethnic/language groups will be right/left wing in different ways. It makes it harder for Canadian politicians to be as polarized because they have to worry about offering doing the other group.
