Here's an overview of how the regions look now. I left out New England because there is just one House Republican from there. If you think that Republicans will have a net gain of seats in this election, than just choose wherever you think Democrats will perform relatively strongly.

I went with Mid-Atlantic; I could see 4 NJ seats, 4 NY seats, and 5 PA seats (counting the seats Charlie Dent, Ryan Costello, and Patrick Meehan would have run for) flipping for a total of 13. I think this election has a chance to have long-lasting ramifications in those three states.

The Mid-Atlantic by far. Between the likely pickups in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and to a lesser extent New York, that's like a third of the seats they need for a majority right there.
