Downloaded Episode 1. Yet to watch it. I was thinking about something that my girlfriend would not like that I can watch without here when I am alone.

The series "The Terror" was meant to be that series, but she loves that.

So might download it.

Pretty much this.

I gave Coven and Freak show legitimate chances, and at some times it seemed like it was getting back in it's groove, but then fell flat. Hotel was a dumpster fire. I didn't even bother with Roanoke.

Yeah, is it good again?  Season 1 was my favorite, and Season 2 was very good in its own right.  However, Season 3 - while an interesting enough subject/setting - was pretty terrible, and I don't think I ever gave any of the other ones much more than a first episode's watch each.  I tried to power through the Lady Gaga season opener because I had heard that they had a callback to an earlier season, but I just couldn't, LOL.

Roanoke was horrible. All my roommates and I have a "We don't talk about Roanoke" policy lmao

But honestly Cult (the most recent completed season) was incredible. Asylum was my favorite season by far, but Cult comes in second until we see how Apocalypse goes. I really really am enjoying this season though, it's really good.

Murder House, Asylum, and Coven were classics. Freak Show, Hotel, and Roanoke sucked. But Cult and Apocalypse are getting back to the quality of the first three or so seasons in my opinion.
