I do refuse to believe that Manchin votes yes. There is just ZERO reason for him to do so. But I just can't help but expect that all Republicans will vote yes. Really disgusting partisanship is the GOP standard.

I really don’t see Manchin voting yes if he’s the deciding vote. Going with 51-50 (with Flake voting no), but I have no idea, honestly.
