I don't think its a coincidence that they did this when Vermont is up for grabs in NPC elections this month. That's the only place where an in region move matters.
Please don't act like it's a conspiracy about the NPC elections.

Also, KaiserDave was registered in Virginia (I think), when he voted in the House elections.
