I don't think its a coincidence that they did this when Vermont is up for grabs in NPC elections this month. That's the only place where an in region move matters.

Guys, guys, chill. Kaiser is the biggest Phil Scott stan on this forum, so it makes sense he wants to go to Vermont. And anyway, I encourage Lumine to not count this for the NPC elections just for the sake of fairness and setting a good precedent (so strategic NPC registration doesn't become a thing).

Also, if I remember correctly, Kaiser was registered in the South up until recently.
