We have our first candidate, folks. Gerard Beloin, who is also a congressional candidate in NH-02 this year, sounds like he’s in:

toss-up imo.

I mean, it could be a tossup, but it depends on the overall national environment. If Shaheen does run for re-election, she'll probably be favored; she did win against Scott Brown in a red wave year, 2014.

I'd start this race at Likely D, assuming Shaheen runs for re-election. It could definitely get more competitive with the right candidate and the right environment though.

Bob Dole says that must be 12 years more advanced a website than Bob Dole has.

No. She is robotic and uncharismatic. Likely D.
But Sununu would make this interesting

I met this guy in 2015 at a Cruz rally in New Hampshire. I recall that he was an interesting man.

Either Ayotte or Sununu would make this a tossup.

One will run for Governor, the other for Senator.

Either Ayotte or Sununu would make this a tossup.

One will run for Governor, the other for Senator.

Ayotte would not make it a tossup, she is rather weak, and lost the senate election in 2016 as the incumbent when NH barely went to Clinton. He going against popular incumbent Shaheen would be a bad idea, basically a retread that we saw everywhere in 2016.

Sununu would be interesting. While he is rather moderate and semi-popular, with a current approval of 55%, he could easily fall if he moves right for the election. He may also be able to win the senate race based solely on hsi approval and family name alone, but that hasnt really served other candidates well in states that are semi-hostile to their party.

I would say the senate election matters more on how well Trump is doing, rather than her opponent. If Trump is winning NH and the election, tossup/lean R, if not, then lean D or more.
