The AFC Draft will not be timed or in any specific order. Each owner may select his team as he wishes. However, if another owner wants the same team that someone else picked, up to 72 hours after the initial selection, if the other owner's team had a worse record last season, the other owner would recieve that team. Once an NFL team has not been claimed by a worse team 72 hours after picking, it is with whomever selected it. The draft will end exactly one week after this is posted. If the AFL team has not selected a NFL counterpart, it will be selected by the league, which will assume ownership of the team as well.

Oh, BTW.  I'm getting rid of Bye weeks as it just makes scheduling a lot harder than it has to be and we really don't need byes in fantasy football.  I understand there might be times where it might be too busy on the forum for football (elections for example), but I can always just issue an off day for the whole league and we can continue where we left off.
