I really hate Donald Trump.

However, I can't even describe my anger towards the people that still support him.

I was thinking of voting for Gillum today.  Reading this, and I actually thought about Rick Scott for the first time.

Keep that message up; see how effective it is.
You base your vote on if people over the internet are being mean to you?

You were never going to vote for Gillum if what a user on an obscure internet forum says can turn you against him

Especially because Gillum and Scott are in two different races.

Plus I really don't see how this throws ice water on her accusation.

Lmao @ making your voting decisions just because a Democrat said negative things about people who support Donald Trump on an online political board.

This is...not convincing, to say the least:

To be fair, Avenatti's assumption of what it meant wasn't based in any facts related to the group of friends who referenced it, nor was it very convincing.

The senators are a bunch of old geezers and that's why they don't know what the 7 f's means.

Here's the transcript of yesterday's interview Kavanaugh did with Judiciary Cmte staff, dealing with the more recent accusation (i.e. other than Ford's): pdf

Not a good look on Avenatti's part to have been caught unaware, at least.

I don't think it really matters. He delivered a fourth accuser.

lol@ guys here acting like the Internet hasn't has a HUGE impact on American politics.

No, Fuzzy Bear is either (a) making incredibly irrational voting decisions that deserve to be called out, or (b, more likely) being really disingenuous in an attempt to score points against New Frontier, which also deserves to be called out.

Everything about this sucks.

Remember when we used to nominate apolitical justices on merit and character?

Yeah, because no one would ever react negatively to being told someone hates you or your group. /s

No.

Totally apolitical, probably not... not nearly as partisan as it is now, definitely.

I mean Fuzzy is currently in another thread spewing hate against LGBT people (which includes many of my family and friends) but you don't see me bluffing about how I was almost about to vote for Geoff Diehl.

No.

You'd have to go back to 1932, the nomination of Benjamin Cardozo to the SCOTUS, to find the last time it happened.

Susan Collins apparently indicated tonight that she's 'unnerved' by the Swetnick affidavit and wants to subpoena Mark Judge.

Could just be nothing, but any sign of wavering is better than none.

Sounds about right.
The media reported that she exited a GOP luncheon meeting today, and that she did not look happy or like someone who was agreeing with the others in the room.

If only there were some national law enforcement organization that could quickly investigate which of these accusations were credible and which weren't.

Perhaps a Bureau. Or maybe even a Federal Bureau?

This seems to be something that we are lacking in the United States. A Federal Investigatory Bureau. I think we should all call on our Senators and Representatives to pass legislation establishing a Federal Investigatory Bureau capable of handling these sorts of matters.

This is a good idea though I would recommend calling it the Federal Bureau of Investigation as the name because the acronym FIB wouldn't project a high confidence in their work.
