In 1992, Al Gore gets the Democratic nomination and subsequently wins the presidency with his former rival Bill Clinton as VP. The Gore/Clinton ticket wins an easy reelection 1996. In 2000, Vice President Clinton runs to succeed President Gore and faces off against Gov. George W. Bush (R-TX) and Dick Cheney. The Gore presidency goes similar to the actual Clinton tenure and the outgoing prez has a 60% approval rating. Gore himself had no scandals, but Clinton still has some stuff with affairs.

Who wins? Who's Bill's VP? Discuss with maps.

I think Bubba's charisma gives him the presidency despite his personal flaws, that didn't really hurt him in 1992 and 1996.

✓ Vice President William J. Clinton (D-AR)/Senator John F. Kerry (D-MA): 308 EV. (49.25%)
Governor George W. Bush (R-TX)/Former Defense Secretary Richard B. Cheney (R-WY): 230 EV. (46.93%)

I would give Missouri to Bush while giving NM and WV to Clinton
