I guess if he dressed like Conchita, he would have asylum status now ...

(I think it is really hard for potential asylum seekers to prove to European agencies that they are really gay ... how do you proof that ? A lot are certainly just trying to sneak into Europe, pretending to be gay. Others who might really be gay on the other hand could also be rejected, because it's hard to verify.)

This happens in the Netherlands and presumably everywhere in Europe too, so I'm not sure why this warrants a thread. Proving someone is gay is always tricky, but we need to be tough here, otherwise this is going to be the next loophole that will be used and abused. All the open-border NGOs that seek to maximize mass immigration are undoubtedly going to use these supposedly "inhumane" methods of questioning to garner support for less restrictive immigration policies, so you're really damned if you do set clear standards ("omg you can't expect this from gay refugees") and damned if you don't ("arbitrary"), but so be it. Czechia used porn to see whether they got aroused, I think, but of course some very progressive human rights judge thought that violated their fundamental human rights or some nonsense.

Well, if everybody who claims to be gay gets asylum or legal status automatically, don't be shocked if the number of homosexual asylum seekers all of a sudden increases by 2000%.

So you're admitting that the policies you support make no sense and are completely unenforceable no matter how you implement them, but you want to implement them anyways? Well if that's not the modern right in a nutshell, I don't know what is!

It's better if you at least try to enforce them, instead of letting everyone in who says: "Well, I am gay and feel persecuted (... but who actually thinks: "I want to get out of sh*tty Africa to get a better life in Europe.")

The policy I actually support is completely enforcable and unarbitrary: taking in zero asylum seekers. We've had more than enough. But I realize that under the current political constellation this is not feasible, and I prefer limiting the inflow of asylum seekers by using certain arbitrary methods over not limiting the inflow at all, allowing this loophole to be exploited, and letting even more welfare tourists stay in the country (probably indefinitely).
