I would like to request a suspension of the rules to allow Galaxie more time to advocate.  This isn't a frivolous bill and our infrastructure is in desperate need of improvement.

Hi yes I'm here!

Basically we need a reliable way to make sure our infrastructure gets assessed and repaired, and we need the funds to do it, simple as that. This is a long-term money maker as better infrastructure = more profits, and we shouldn't be letting our infrastructure go unmaintained anyway.

Partially since I don't want to run out of ideas, I'd rather not throw 25 billion at this and continue to let the legislature approve infrastructure bills like what we've done in the past year.

Yeah but there’s no specificity here, which is rather dangerous.

This, plus for the sake of preserving the game I'd rather sign 25 bills next year with 1 billion in spending than 1 bill and then we run out of ideas 25 bills early and force a reset.

This is different  in scale and purpose as  I made this wifi network with that bill in mind as the framework and the institutional frame work for what I propose. This isn't just for rural areas out in the country side to have internet, but for the entire commonwealth to have a large scale wifi network infrastructure no matter how rich or poor you're.  This is a public system that isn't limited to the poor to have internet.
