Having been informed by the PPT that parts of the bill are already law in Atlasia, the bill currently preferences companies that can provide full and stable hours when they can be reasonably expected to do so, and leaves a transition period for businesses to adapt to the changes. This is still beneficial for employees and encourages better behavior in the private sector, which can hopefully have ripple effects beyond just federal contractors. However, at the same time I am open to amendments to improve the bill, and if there are appropriate additions I'd welcome them.
